Collaboration Made Easy
With PodCamp London 2010 just around the corner we wanted to make sure that this Community Notebook was as easy as pie for anyone to use and contribute to. In order to accomplish this we have streamlined the process to contribute posts to this notebook.
In order to contribute text, photos, videos, pictures, links or a quote to the PodCamp London Community Notebook all you need to do is click the Contribute button in the sidebar which will then in turn opens up a submit form. From here you can submit whatever type of info you want and all you need to do is provide is an email address and name, no need to sign up for a tumbler account.
Of course your submission won’t be visible right away, because of how Tumblr works it will have to be approved, but trust me, it will be done quickly.
So why use the community notebook over some other service? Here are a few reasons:
- Perhaps 140 characters is not enough to say what you need to say.
- You don’t have a Flickr account but want to share photos easily.
- You want to share slides or a video from your presentation.
- You have something else you want to share that you think is important enough for everyone else to see.
- Any other reasons.
This Community Notebook is here for the PodCamp London community to use, so feel free to use (but not abuse) it.
